THE LEVEL OF ORGANIZATIONAL AGILITY AS AN INDICATOR OF THE ENTERPRISE EFFICIENCY

Abstract

The approach of the XXI century was marked by the fact that changes have become the main characteristics of the new time. Previously, successful industrial enterprises tried to control changes, seek protection or isolate themselves from them altogether. The realities of the modern period of development require that they adapt, quickly interacting with the external environment, or have the skills of business visionary. As a result, the concept of organizational agility seems to be key for the development of enterprises. The purpose of this study is to consider the level of organizational agility as an indicator of the effective activity of the enterprise. Using the theory of fuzzy sets, an assessment of organizational flexibility is made on the example of PJSC Severstal, which is one of the leaders of the Russian sector of the economy. The level of organizational agility of PJSC Severstal corresponds to the linguistic level of "very agile". It is concluded that the level of organizational agility serves as an indicator of the efficiency of the enterprise. The assessment of this indicator can be applied to other domestic enterprises that welcome and apply modern organizational management technologies.
