Innovative technologies play a key role in the modern world, driving progress and improving people's lives. However, the introduction of innovations is also associated with a number of difficulties and risks that may affect the success and efficiency of projects of economic entities of water transport. This article identifies the problems that organizations and society face when introducing innovative technologies, and analyzes the corresponding risks.
