Abstract: the article deals with the problems of economic growth in the course of integrating the technological innovations of Industry 4.0 into the economy and production. The severity of this problem is confirmed by the fact that for the period 2016-2022. about 3,000 articles and monographs have been published, where this issue is raised. The author shows that the key to ensuring sustainable economic growth in the era of turbulence and dynamic transformations is the intensive adaptability of the economy and production in general, as well as each employee in particular, to the integration of innovative technologies and their accelerated development.
