OUTSOURCING: GLOBAL TRENDS AND PROSPECTS FOR RUSSIAN ENTERPRISES

Abstract

The article examines outsourcing as a process of transferring certain functions to an external service provider, which serves as a way for a company to achieve maximum efficiency and flexibility. To date, outsourcing has moved from a simple method of reducing costs to a tool that can really transform a business, creating synergy between organizations and their external partners and helping to find new ways to innovation and growth. That is why the methods of its application and the risks arising from the transfer of functions are relevant. The paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of outsourcing, special attention is paid to the forecasts of the development of the Russian outsourcing market. The article discusses the successful results of the transfer of functions to third-party service providers of both foreign and domestic organizations. The main methods of effective interaction with outsourcers are formulated to minimize potential risks. The conclusion is made about the significant contribution of outsourcing to the activities of Russian companies, namely, its ability to increase operational efficiency and productivity.
