Abstract

In the context of a protracted economic crisis that has engulfed all countries without exception, a transition to a model of intensive economic development using new technologies is necessary. 2020 has become a test of strength for all countries without exception. The crisis has revealed the accumulated problems of economic development in both developed and developing countries. As a result of strong foreign policy pressure on our country, it is important to radically change economic relations with the outside world. It is necessary to search for new effective tools to promote the development of the economy and its main industries. The Russian economy cannot remain a raw material appendage and be completely dependent on world prices for hydrocarbons. In times of crisis, as a rule, the emphasis is on infrastructure development and leveling out regional imbalances. The state, as a regulator in the market, must fulfill its imperative function, promote the expansion of public investment, and most importantly create conditions for the influx of investment resources. It is necessary to make a strong economic breakthrough in all directions.
