The article is devoted to the actual problem of the application of the quality management system and occupational safety and health management systems in regional authorities. The paper analyzes the advantages of an integrated approach, examines the methods and specific features of the implementation of this process at the regional level. As a result of the study, the key factors for the successful application of quality management systems and occupational safety and health management systems have been identified, ensuring an increase in the efficiency of the regional management entity, reducing risks and improving the quality of services provided. The article will be useful for managers and specialists of regional authorities dealing with quality and safety management issues.
