The main goal of any company operating on the market is to increase the wealth of its owners. To achieve this goal, the company's management needs to monitor many financial indicators and make changes in activities so that the company continues to successfully remain in the market and develop, bearing fruit for the founders. In the course of analyzing the financial and economic activities of the company, such important indicators as profitability, turnover and liquidity are identified. These indicators play an important role in the analysis, reflecting the state of the company, and pointing out the weaknesses that, with the right policies, can become drivers of growth. Provided that the indicators comply with the normative ones that are enshrined in the industry, the company's management can achieve the goal set for them - to increase the well-being of the owners. The main objective of this article is to disclose the most important financial indicators, on the basis of which the policy of effective company management is built. The company is considered LLC "Lukoil - Mode Management Center", on the basis of the reporting data of which the indicators of profitability, turnover, financial stability are calculated and directions are proposed in which the company can improve the efficiency of its activities
