Abstract

Currently, each educational institution faces a rather acute issue related to the growth of competition in the educational services market. The external environment is expressed by clearly negative dynamics of economic factors: growth of inflation, devaluation of the national currency, increase in the key rate of the Central Bank, decrease in income of a large segment of the population, etc. All of the above economic factors have a threatening effect on the extraction of commercial profit and the formation of the cost of educational services and ultimately force them to increase the cost of education, but, thereby, also reducing their overall availability in the market in the fight for applicants. Thus, in order to win the competitive struggle, educational institutions need to carefully analyze the organization of business processes and reengineer them in accordance with the increasing demands of end-user groups - a potential student and his parents (playing the role of sponsors in the educational process). Educational institutions concerned about the quality of their own unique brand and goodwill formation should shift their focus to modernization of the educational system of knowledge management technology, which contributes to both an additional influx of new students and the formation of a certain goodwill. The format of introducing interactive educational technologies into training tracks serves as an advanced technology for knowledge management. A well-organized management impact on the process of obtaining knowledge will contribute to both improving their quality and obtaining the necessary professional and supra-professional (soft skills) skills. In the process of working on the material of this article, an algorithm for knowledge management was developed based on the organization of an interactive educational process in the educational environment of secondary vocational education using the example of interaction with student groups of the college of the Rostov Institute (branch) of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "All-Russian State University of Justice (RPA of the Ministry of Justice of Russia)" in Rostov-on-Don (hereinafter referred to as the VSUJ College).
