MULTIFACETOR ANALYSIS OF STARTUP PROJECTS IN THE INDUSTRIAL SECTOR OF THE ECONOMY: A MODERN APPROACH

Abstract

The article offers a modern approach to the multifactorial analysis of startup projects in the industrial sector of the economy. Based on the analysis of modern literature, official statistics and industry analytical reviews, the necessity of abandoning exclusively financial analysis models in favor of an integrated system that includes technological, production, financial, economic, market, organizational and regulatory parameters is substantiated. Special attention is paid to the issue of the subject of startup project analysis. Three hypotheses are considered: expert, algorithmic and hybrid. The study determined that the expert approach provides high interpretability of results and contextual depth, but is limited by subjectivity and low scalability. At the same time, the algorithmic approach demonstrates high speed and comparability of results, but it depends on the quality of the data and faces the problem of interpretability. A hybrid approach combining artificial intelligence and expert analysis has the greatest potential for practical application in the industrial sector. The paper proposes the author's analysis methodology, which includes setting investment goals and requirements, forming and ranking an expert group, preparing and training an artificial intelligence model, preliminary algorithmic analysis, in-depth expert examination and developing recommendations for key stakeholders. The results obtained can be used in the formation of corporate and government selection mechanisms for industrial start-up projects.
