FORMATION OF A LOGISTICS CARD AS A WAY TO INCREASE THE EFFICIENCY OF TRANSPORT PROCESSES

Abstract

The article examines the concept of organizational resilience within the context of the modern economic reality, which is characterized by a state of permanent crisis. It argues that traditional risk management methods-focused on short-term adaptation and overcoming isolated shocks-lose their effectiveness when external destabilizing factors overlap continuously. The author proposes a methodological approach to the comprehensive assessment of an enterprise's organizational resilience. This approach is based on the integration of four key sub-indices: financial-economic, operational-technological, social-HR, and strategic-innovative. Within the framework of the developed methodology, a system of indicators, an algorithm for calculating the integral sustainability index, and a strategic positioning matrix for the enterprise have been established. Stages for implementing an organizational resilience assessment mechanism are proposed. The levels of the organization and their interaction during the implementation process are described. Practical application of this approach enables management not only to diagnose current vulnerabilities but also to design proactive development mechanisms amidst long-term uncertainty.
