STRUCTURING MANAGEMENT RISKS IN INTERNAL AFFAIRS BODIES

Abstract

The article examined the main risks of the management activities of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation after structuring according to five classification criteria: the degree of probability; period of action; focus, forecasting capabilities, consequences. The main focus is on the content of organizational and exogenous risks caused by the external macro and microenvironment, which have recently been dynamically transformed. In this regard, management in the internal affairs bodies should be aimed at resolving two key tasks: the development of effective mechanisms and tools for countering challenges with increasing destabilizing impacts; a change in the nature of the response from reactive (lag manifests itself in both operational and strategic aspects) to active, including prevention. Taking into account the rapidly changing conditions that generate new risks in the activities of the internal affairs bodies will increase the efficiency of their functioning.
