PROFESSIONAL AND BEHAVIORAL PROFILE OF STUDENTS IN THE KEMEROVO REGION-KUZBASS: STATUS AND RISK ANALYSIS

Abstract

The significance of describing the professional and behavioral profile of student youth largely lies in predicting the behavior of university graduates in the labor market, as well as determining how comfortable and safe they will feel in a particular profession, and how relationships with the employer will be built. Reducing personnel risks on the part of employers makes it possible to reduce management costs on personnel issues and increase the efficiency of using personnel in work activities. On the part of student representatives themselves, awareness of the possibility of minimizing the consequences of youth personnel risks will allow in the future to make more informed decisions regarding professional socialization and development in the profession obtained at the university. According to the results of the study described in the article, universities and employing organizations must build interaction in the legal field created at the state level, taking into account the changing value orientations of modern students and based on the transformation processes of the regional labor market.
